This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and manage production-quality data pipelines that integrate marketing data, event tracking, and additional sources into Databricks.
• Create robust data models that link campaign and channel exposure to website interactions, leads, bookings, completed scans, revenue, and repeat activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Privacy, and Security teams on event taxonomy, identity resolution, consent-aware data flows, and source system agreements.
• Enhance the quality of conversion and attribution data across both online and sales-assisted journeys.
• Deliver dependable downstream signals for supported media and lifecycle platforms.
• Establish automated procedures for testing, freshness monitoring, alerting, lineage tracking, and incident management for essential Growth data products.
• Substitute fragile custom transformations and manual processes with well-documented, reusable, and peer-reviewed code.
• Contribute to the Growth measures and dimensions within the governed semantic layer.
• Evaluate technical outputs, share insights, and elevate team standards.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a closely related data field.
• Proficient in SQL with strong skills in Python.
• Proven experience in building maintainable production data pipelines.
• Practical experience with a cloud data platform and modern transformation frameworks.
• Familiarity with ingestion and orchestration tools such as Fivetran or Apache Airflow.
• Knowledge of monitoring, dependency management, schema modifications, failure recovery, and data quality controls.
• Experience integrating APIs, SaaS systems, event data, and operational databases into analytical platforms.
• In-depth understanding of data modeling, orchestration, testing, observability, version control, code review, and continuous delivery methodologies.
• Capability to balance speed, privacy, and long-term sustainability.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and various business stakeholders.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hiring.
• Should not require employer sponsorship for current or future work visas.
• Experience with Databricks and dbt is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, PostHog, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Iterable, Workato, or reverse data movement tools is advantageous.
• Understanding of conversion APIs, server-side signaling, UTM and click identifier flows, or media platform integrations is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare, regulated environments, or handling privacy-sensitive customer data is beneficial.
• Experience with event taxonomy and behavioral data contracts is a plus.
