Senior Data Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with functional consultants and key customer stakeholders

• Collect requirements and develop conversion objects

• Independently drive value through all phases of data projects

• Utilize data expertise and the Syniti data management platform to evaluate and refine design, build, and deployment processes

• Implement Syniti’s best practices to ensure successful business transformation

• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology

• Create data migration rules and reports using Syniti’s tools based on provided specifications

• Analyze data and contribute to migration design by collaborating with Syniti and client teams

• Develop and maintain data load programs

• Keep related documentation updated and communicate progress to both Syniti team leadership and the customer PMO

• Perform end-to-end data loads and reconciliations

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, and Data Analysis

• Functional ERP experience

• Project experience across various ERP implementations

• Proficiency in database technologies, including SQL Server and Oracle

• Strong customer-facing skills

• Degree-level qualification in Computer Science or a related technology field

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Willingness to travel up to 100% based on project needs

• In-depth understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology

• High proficiency in Syniti’s tools and established development standards

• Knowledge of business processes in one or more functional areas

• Strong understanding of the technical data structures and definitions within an assigned functional process area
