Senior Data Analyst, Strategic Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform in-depth, prioritized analyses that guide significant financial decisions.

• Serve as a technical collaborator with teams across FP&A, Accounting, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and other departments.

• Streamline recurring deliverables and assist in scaling workflows as the organization expands.

• Create self-service dashboards and data resources that highlight trends and facilitate informed decision-making throughout the business.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering and other analytics teams to make high-quality data and insights accessible to all.

• Affect operating plans, investment choices, self-service reporting, and process automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

• Familiarity with FP&A, Accounting, or SaaS metrics is advantageous.

• Strong expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma).

• Experience in managing large and intricate data sets.

• Knowledge of DBT is preferred.

• Python skills for advanced analytical tasks are a plus.

• Capability to analyze complex data sets, extract key insights, and convert findings into actionable strategies that enhance financial results.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively across various functions and establish relationships with different business teams.

• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders who have varying levels of data literacy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in conveying complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Informatics, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.

• Willing to leverage AI to enhance skills and improve work quality, demonstrating curiosity, eagerness to learn, and sound judgment in the responsible use of AI.
