📋 Description

• Collaborate with analytics, IT, and various business units throughout the organization.

• Ensure that tasks are accomplished with insights from knowledgeable Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

• Utilize advanced data, analytics, modeling, optimization, artificial intelligence, and analytical tools to address complex business challenges.

• Implement disciplined analytics and predictive methodologies to comprehend and predict behavior, enhance programs and products, and maximize business value.

• Develop, test, and validate statistical, predictive, and AI-driven solutions.

• Contribute creative strategies to financial and operational models.

• Examine intricate data and communicate findings to varied audiences.

• Foster business impact through recommendations driven by data.

• Utilize AI and automation technologies to boost analytical efficiency and aid strategic decision-making.

• Shape departmental strategy and promote analytical best practices.

• Identify technical approaches for project elements with minimal oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree with 5 or more years of experience in data analytics OR a Master's degree with 3 years of experience.

• Proficiency in data mining, predictive modeling techniques, and leveraging data to influence business decisions and outcomes.

• Skilled in a programming language such as Python, Java, Scala, C, or R.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capable of articulating and presenting findings and insights to senior leadership.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Enthusiastic about contributing to an organization dedicated to continuously enhancing consumer experiences.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

• Ability to work from a designated space free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.
