This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to advance initiatives through strategic planning, analytics, and actionable insights.
• Enhance program measurement to boost the success of field teams.
• Gather, review, cleanse, transform, model, and visualize complex datasets.
• Utilize business intelligence and analytical software tools on a daily basis.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to the team.
• Lead the implementation of standardized measurement strategies for clients and team leaders.
• Design or assist in creating research methodologies, including surveys and market testing approaches such as A/B and multivariate testing.
• Apply statistical analysis to identify critical business drivers and suggest optimization and go-to-market strategies.
• Compile professional quantitative and qualitative reports that support findings and recommendations.
• Clearly communicate compelling business insights and actions informed by data and context.
• Stay engaged in the program, grasping the strategic vision, KPIs, and daily tactical activities.
• Participate in client and internal team meetings as well as in-field ride-alongs.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, practices, and processes in marketing and data.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
• Intermediate skills in statistical analysis.
• Experience with SPSS, Python, R, or other statistical software.
• Intermediate skills in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Ability to narrate a relevant and impactful story with data that resonates with clients.
• Capability to lead research initiatives, including planning, data collection, and actionable follow-up.
• Ability to implement standard measurement strategies within a project.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to extract insights from large datasets.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of all areas and phases of the Mosaic business to uncover new opportunities for insights, measurement, and analytics.
