Senior Data Analyst, CS Commercial Operations

📋 Description

• Provide thorough data-driven solutions that tackle significant business challenges while enhancing operational efficiency and strategic results.

• Collaborate directly with global HubSpot leaders to comprehend business performance and promote growth and productivity through data-informed decisions.

• Formulate go-to-market and operational strategies, which include transforming business/pricing models and implementing retention-focused initiatives.

• Assist in the annual Customer Success revenue planning process.

• Design scalable and reproducible data assets that act as the organization’s definitive source of truth.

• Promote the application of analysis and showcase potential through analytical work.

• Partner with stakeholders to convert data and business requirements into specific analyses that yield actionable insights.

• Execute quantitative analysis of user behavior to pinpoint customer experience challenges and opportunities.

• Collaborate across various teams and business functions, merging strategic research with quantitative insights.

• Articulate insights and action plans to stakeholders from a data-informed standpoint.

• Manage scalable assets that enhance efficiency and data consistency within an enterprise-level data environment.

• Guide immediate operational decisions and product roadmaps using reproducible, high-integrity analysis.

• Academic or professional background with a strong quantitative and analytical emphasis.

• Proven history as a trusted expert for the business, fostering data-driven decision-making and influencing strategic choices.

• Exceptional communication abilities and confidence in cultivating relationships and presenting strategies and outcomes to C-suite executives.

• Enthusiasm for nurturing a high-performing culture, engaging in the analyst community, and mentoring junior analysts.

• Experience with large datasets, including data mining, manipulation, and exploration in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with leveraging AI to enhance analytical standards and scale project execution without compromising rigor.

• Proficient in writing efficient, complex SQL queries.

• Capable of performing analysis in code-based or notebook settings.

• Experience in constructing commercial models such as ROI and LTV.

• Knowledge of forecasting trends to guide immediate operational decisions.
