This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze, design, and support enterprise data solutions utilizing Snowflake and advanced SQL technologies.
• Create intricate SQL queries, stored procedures, dynamic SQL, joins, and subqueries.
• Architect and enhance Snowflake solutions employing Dynamic Tables, Materialized Views, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Conduct data profiling, reconciliation, anomaly detection, and assess data quality.
• Assist in enterprise data architecture and data warehouse projects, encompassing dimensional modeling and Star/Snowflake schemas.
• Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings, data lineage, metadata, and integration patterns.
• Prepare and standardize data assets for AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics applications.
• Analyze and verify healthcare data across claims, membership, provider, and health plan sectors.
• Create test plans and implement source-to-target validation, reconciliation, and data quality assessments.
• Monitor data quality and contribute to scorecards, automated testing frameworks, defect tracking, and resolution.
• Support data governance, metadata management, data cataloging, and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.
• Collect and translate business requirements into effective data solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to identify and resolve data-related issues.
• Convey analytical findings and data insights through effective data storytelling and clear business recommendations.
• Ensure data solutions comply with relevant security, governance, and healthcare data requirements, including HIPAA regulations.
• Over 7 years of experience working with databases.
• More than 3 years of practical experience with Snowflake.
• Expert-level SQL development proficiency, including complex queries, dynamic SQL, stored procedures, reconciliation, and data profiling.
• Strong understanding of Snowflake Dynamic Tables, Materialized Views, RBAC, data governance, and security practices.
• Experience in enterprise data architecture and data warehouse design.
• In-depth knowledge of dimensional modeling, Star/Snowflake schemas, source-to-target mapping, data lineage, metadata management, and MDM concepts.
• Experience in preparing and standardizing data for AI and advanced analytics applications.
• Significant experience working with healthcare data, including claims, membership, provider, and health plan data.
• Proficient in data quality assessment and testing, including completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, validity, and uniqueness.
• Experience in developing test plans, reconciliation testing, source-to-target validation, automated testing, data quality monitoring, and scorecard creation.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data catalogs, metadata management, and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Capability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable business insights.
