This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain datasets that support automated reporting solutions and measure program performance.
• Assist commercial teams with data requirements for performance evaluations, business planning, and onboarding new business.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to explore and address program-related issues.
• Provide assistance during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), business planning sessions, and implementation of launches.
• Oversee integration and analysis of third-party data, including shipping analytics and return-to-sender reconciliations.
• Create and implement datasets for program performance that cater to both internal and client-facing needs.
• Monitor and assess Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics and program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Co-develop dashboards that display trends in program performance.
• Deliver data-driven insights to both internal teams and client-facing staff.
• Work collaboratively with internal operations and client-focused Business Intelligence (BI) teams to ensure uniform metrics and reporting.
• Collaborate with BI departments on initiatives related to healthcare analytics.
• Provide performance insights to support operations excellence and commercial teams.
• Contribute to monetization strategies through consulting services and data products.
• Partner with Product Engineering to ensure product features and updates are accurately reflected in datasets.
• Guarantee the accuracy, reliability, and security of performance data.
• Establish data validation and quality control protocols.
• Document data lineage and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to outline business rules and metrics.
• Enhance data management and analytics processes by leveraging industry trends and best practices.
• Act as a vital member of the iBIDADS team, reporting directly to the Executive Director of Data Strategy.
• A Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or a relevant field.
• Over 10 years of experience in data analysis, including a minimum of 3 years in healthcare reporting.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Experience in database management.
• Skilled in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Domo, or equivalent.
• Strong grasp of healthcare metrics and reporting standards.
• Experience assisting commercial and operations teams with program performance and opportunity identification.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with R for data manipulation is preferred.
• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and ETL processes is preferred.
• Understanding of SLA management and performance metrics is preferred.
• Experience working in dual-focused BI environments (both internal and client-facing) is preferred.
• Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and logistics data is preferred.
• Experience with data transfer agreements, data use agreements, and third-party data integration is preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical insights to business stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
