This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
• Act as a strategic analytical partner for Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and various teams within the organization.
• Provide analytical solutions utilizing sales, CRM, customer, campaign, product usage, and engagement data.
• Generate reliable forecasts, dashboards, recurring reports, and actionable insights.
• Enhance pipeline visibility, commercial performance, customer retention, product adoption, and partner results.
• Collect reporting requirements and convert business inquiries into dashboards, reports, datasets, queries, metrics, and analytical models.
• Develop, maintain, and refine dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Zoho Analytics, or equivalent platforms.
• Create reusable datasets, SQL queries, and data models.
• Establish and document KPI definitions, calculation logic, reporting assumptions, and data sources.
• Design precise, intuitive, and scalable reporting assets for operational and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, and leadership to define analytical needs and enhance decision-making.
• Balance ongoing reporting tasks with ad hoc analyses and strategic projects.
• Assess lead management performance, including lead sources, routing, follow-up activity, aging, conversion, and pipeline leakage.
• Track sales activities, account performance, customer engagement, revenue trends, renewals, expansion, and churn.
• Analyze sales performance drivers, growth trends, and underperformance across accounts, customer segments, cohorts, channels, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain customer health scoring methodologies.
• Examine the customer lifecycle encompassing acquisition, activation, engagement, adoption, retention, renewal, expansion, and churn.
• Analyze user activity and product engagement to support Product decisions, Customer Success planning, and reporting for customers or partners.
• Create customer performance scorecards for account reviews, renewal planning, and internal and external QBRs.
• Evaluate marketing campaign performance, including reach, engagement, lead quality, conversion, cohort performance, attribution, and downstream pipeline impact.
• Prepare executive-ready summaries, presentations, scorecards, and reporting packages.
• Identify gaps in data quality, reporting visibility, customer segmentation, and metric definitions.
• Promote the adoption of dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting processes through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in analytics, business, economics, statistics, finance, information systems, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A proven track record in sales analytics, revenue analytics, business intelligence, customer analytics, marketing analytics, or a comparable analytical role.
• Preferred 5+ years of relevant experience, showcasing industry knowledge, analytical capability, initiative, and business impact.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Experience in developing business dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Zoho Analytics or another CRM-connected analytics platform.
• Experience in analyzing CRM data, sales pipelines, funnels, customer activity, and commercial performance.
• Strong comprehension of forecasting, segmentation, conversion, retention, renewal, churn, and customer lifecycle metrics.
• Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into clear analytical deliverables.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting findings to senior leaders and non-technical audiences.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy, consistency, documentation, and reporting quality.
• Relevant experience in animal health, veterinary services, pet insurance, insurance, SaaS, fintech, health technology, or similar environments is highly desirable.
• Intellectually curious, resourceful, and eager to understand business operations.
• Proactive in identifying needs early and driving work forward without waiting for detailed instructions.
• Comfortable functioning in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Ability to transition seamlessly between hands-on analysis, stakeholder discussions, and executive communication.
• Capable of managing deliverables while continually enhancing underlying processes.

• US travel required.
