Senior Analyst, Data Scrubbing, Survey Programming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the cleaning and sanitization of survey data

• Detect and eliminate duplicate, fraudulent, or substandard responses

• Assess client specifications and quality standards

• Provide guidance on data validation, quota management, and best practices for respondent quality control

• Perform quality assurance checks for straight-lining, speeding, and other indicators of fraud

• Ensure that data structures are organized, correctly formatted, and compliant with privacy regulations

• Prepare data for submission in formats such as SPSS, Excel, CSV, and others

• Scrub or anonymize personally identifiable information in accordance with regulations like GDPR

• Identify and address data quality concerns

• Highlight anomalies or bottlenecks in respondent flow during active fieldwork

• Work in collaboration with Project Managers and client researchers

• Provide regular updates on the timelines for data delivery

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in full-service project management or survey programming within a market research, panel, or data collection setting

• Advanced skills in major survey programming platforms like Decipher, Qualtrics, Alchemer, or comparable ResTech tools

• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Familiarity with Python or XML is a significant advantage

• Outstanding analytical and quality assurance abilities

• Proven history of delivering clean, error-free survey logic and data files

• Extensive experience collaborating with internal teams and external clients

• Experience in managing expectations, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring prompt delivery
