Senior Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform disorganized, multi-source operational data into effective planning inputs.

• Collaborate with operations, finance, and departmental leaders to grasp decision-making requirements.

• Develop tools and data products that empower planners and leaders to address their own inquiries.

• Implement rigorous metrics for forecast precision, capacity utilization, cost per prescription, and the key drivers behind them.

• Focus Area 1: Manage pipelines that integrate workforce, volume, and operational data across various platforms.

• Focus Area 1: Oversee data models utilized by forecasting tools.

• Focus Area 2: Manage dashboards and self-service tools utilized by operations leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or a planning and forecasting role.

• Proficient in advanced SQL, including the ability to write, optimize, and debug complex queries against large operational datasets.

• Proven experience in converting data into actionable business insights.

• Capable of conveying technical results to non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or business-related field.

• Focus Area 1: Experience in building ETL/ELT pipelines within a cloud data environment such as Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks.

• Focus Area 1: Proficient in Python.

• Focus Area 1: Understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehouse architecture.

• Focus Area 2: Advanced skills in Power BI, or experience with Tableau/Looker with a willingness to adapt.

• Focus Area 2: Experience in creating KPI frameworks from the ground up.

• Focus Area 2: Ability to break down metrics to identify root causes.

• A dedicated workspace that minimizes interruptions to safeguard PHI/HIPAA information.

• Reliable home internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
