This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the key technical authority on the Cyera Platform.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with customers ranging from practitioners to executives.
• Enhance customer engagement through effective onboarding and training initiatives.
• Comprehend customer needs, challenges, and targeted outcomes.
• Create and present tailored use cases employing a consultative methodology.
• Promote ongoing platform adoption, delivering customer value and ensuring a return on investment.
• Facilitate continuous customer interaction and growth.
• Identify and address barriers to customer success.
• Champion customer feedback and contribute to product development processes.
• Provide customer education via self-directed training resources.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues impacting customers.
• Track and report on customer health and usage metrics.
• Develop collaborative success plans with customers.
• Document and disseminate best practices both internally and externally.
• Mentor colleagues and encourage professional growth.
• Engage in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience is necessary.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is advantageous.
• Over 3 years of practical experience with data and cloud technologies.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Proven results in driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, feature adoption, and retention.
• Previous experience partnering with Development teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or the equivalent.
• Practical experience in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with databases, cloud infrastructure, basic cloud administration, cloud networking, data and compute assets, IAM, and permissions.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages.
• Understanding of APIs and web services.
• Demonstrated expertise in DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management; hands-on experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in a technical customer-facing role within a software company.
• Proven track record of managing customer relationships, including onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer relations abilities.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in leading executive meetings and technical workshops.
• Capacity to work independently on complex challenges, even with limited documentation.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative team player attitude.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% annually.
