This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary technical authority on the Cyera Platform.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with customers ranging from practitioners to executives.
• Facilitate customer adoption through comprehensive onboarding and training.
• Comprehend customer needs, challenges, and targeted business outcomes.
• Create and present tailored use cases using a consultative methodology.
• Promote sustained adoption, enhance customer value, ensure return on investment, and foster ongoing engagement and growth.
• Identify and address obstacles and barriers to customer success.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues.
• Advocate for customer insights and impact Cyera’s roadmap and product development.
• Utilize self-paced training materials to aid in customer education.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Monitor and report on customer health, usage metrics, and overall satisfaction.
• Develop collaborative success plans with customers.
• Document and disseminate best practices both internally and externally.
• Mentor team members and encourage professional growth.
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is advantageous.
• 12 years of experience showcasing strong project management capabilities.
• A self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with tight deadlines.
• Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated history of driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering feature adoption, and maximizing customer retention.
• Previous experience working alongside Development teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python or similar), and practical experience with cloud environments.
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience with data and cloud technologies, including databases, cloud infrastructure, basic administration, cloud networking, data and compute assets, IAM, and permissions.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages, along with familiarity with APIs and web services.
• Proven expertise in DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management; hands-on experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in a technical customer-facing role within a software company.
• A solid track record of managing customer relationships, including onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
• Self-driven, proactive, and an innovative team player.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer relations skills.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in leading executive meetings and technical workshops.
• Capability to work independently and address complex challenges with limited documentation.
