This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as the main technical authority on the Cyera Platform
• Build trusted relationships with customers ranging from practitioners to executives
• Promote customer adoption through effective onboarding and training
• Comprehend customer needs, challenges, and sought business results
• Create and present tailored use cases using a consultative methodology
• Foster ongoing platform adoption, customer engagement, growth, and ROI
• Identify and address obstacles to customer success in partnership with colleagues
• Champion customer feedback and shape Cyera’s roadmap and product evolution
• Assist in customer education through self-paced training materials
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues impacting customers
• Track and report on customer health, usage metrics, and overall satisfaction
• Collaborate on joint success strategies with customers
• Record and disseminate best practices both internally and externally
• Guide team members and contribute to professional growth
• Engage in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and pinpoint areas for enhancement
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is advantageous
• 12 years of experience showcasing strong project management abilities, facilitating effective planning, organization, and execution of multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail
• Self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and deadline-driven startup setting
• Results-driven mentality with a solid history of fostering revenue growth, maintaining customer satisfaction, encouraging feature usage, and maximizing customer retention
• Previous collaboration experience with Development teams
• Proficient in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python or equivalent), and practical experience with cloud environments
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience with data and cloud technologies, encompassing databases, cloud infrastructure, and basic administration (e.g., cloud networking, data and compute assets, IAM and permissions)
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages, along with knowledge of APIs and web services
• Proven expertise in DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management with hands-on experience preferred
• Essential prior experience in a technical customer-facing role within a software company
• Proven track record of managing customer relationships, including onboarding, renewals, and expansions
• Self-driven, proactive, and creative team collaborator
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in leading executive meetings and technical workshops
• Capable of working independently and addressing complex challenges with minimal documentation
