This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the primary technical authority on the Cyera Platform.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers ranging from practitioners to executives.
• Facilitate customer adoption through effective onboarding and training.
• Comprehend customer needs, challenges, and desired business outcomes.
• Create and present tailored use cases utilizing a consultative approach.
• Encourage sustained adoption, deliver customer value, and ensure return on investment.
• Lead continuous customer engagement and growth opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate obstacles and hindrances to customer success.
• Champion customer feedback to influence Cyera’s roadmap and product enhancements.
• Assist in customer education through self-directed training resources.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Track and report on customer health, usage metrics, and overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate on joint success plans with customers.
• Document and disseminate best practices both internally and externally.
• Mentor colleagues and support their professional growth.
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• 12 years of experience demonstrating strong project management skills, allowing you to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining keen attention to detail.
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience with data and cloud technologies, including databases, cloud infrastructure, and basic administration.
• Proficient in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python or equivalent), and experienced with cloud environments.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages, and an understanding of APIs and web services.
• Proven expertise in DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management, with hands-on experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a technical customer-facing role within a software company is essential.
• A history of managing customer relationships, including onboarding, renewal, and expansion efforts.
• Previous collaboration with Development teams is advantageous.
• Strong project management capabilities are required.
• A self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with strict deadlines.
