Senior Customer Sales Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Comprehend products in depth and effectively communicate their value proposition.

• Perform system demonstrations and guided product presentations for prospective clients.

• Manage incoming customer interactions from the initial inquiry to conversion via chat, email, SMS, and phone.

• Proactively engage with leads through structured, multi-touch outreach efforts.

• Identify and prioritize opportunities with high intent.

• Extract insights from customer interactions, including objections, friction points, and gaps in experience.

• Assist in enhancing messaging, scripts, and conversion workflows.

• Ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions utilizing CRM and communication tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing position such as sales, support, customer success, or operations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a knack for persuasively conveying value.

• Comfortable managing multiple conversations in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

• Proactive follow-up skills paired with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Capability to identify and prioritize high-intent opportunities.

• Familiarity with CRM or customer communication platforms (e.g., Intercom or similar tools).

• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a structured yet evolving environment.

• Flexibility to work a shift schedule covering a 7am–10pm ET operating window, Monday through Friday; flexibility may be needed for volume surges, PTO coverage, or business requirements.
