Senior Customer Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Organize and facilitate onboarding calls or meetings with new clients.

• Familiarize clients with the onboarding process, offering guidance and addressing inquiries.

• Oversee the non-technical onboarding journey from the first contact to training and handover.

• Collaborate with customer success and technical onboarding teams.

• Maintain and update internal reports in Salesforce, highlighting any potential risks.

• Assist clients in migrating partners from alternative providers.

• Coordinate and execute platform support tasks prior to launch, including the upload of creative assets and configuration of commission rules.

• Conduct training sessions on the Partnerize Platform.

• Develop both internal and external documentation.

• Offer guidance and training to junior team members.

• Ensure team members adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Support internal and customer-facing initiatives aimed at enhancing onboarding, assisting existing clients, and training new clients and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client or customer support.

• Background in project management.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.

• A strong team player with a solid work ethic and a desire to learn.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Excellent prioritization and organizational abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and soft skills.

• Comprehensive proficiency in computer applications.
