Senior CSA Estimator – Data Centers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Formulate the estimation plan and oversee the estimate development process alongside the project team.

• Spearhead the creation of the comprehensive project estimate.

• Compile the overall Project Basis of Estimate and conduct Estimate Risk Analysis.

• Provide recommendations for cost contingencies to the project team.

• Evaluate and propose solutions to problems of varying complexity, aligning with organizational and project objectives and guidelines.

• Maintain an up-to-date library of local rates for use in estimates.

• Foster strong relationships with team members and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience as an Estimator, with progressively increasing levels of scope and responsibility in a construction setting.

• Proven experience utilizing estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.

• A degree or equivalent experience in a construction-related field.

• RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered status, or actively pursuing completion of it.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and focused on quality.

• Interviews will be conducted either in person or through video conferencing.
