This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Act as the primary authority and business leader for the Real Estate CRM.
• Oversee the Revenue Operations function, focusing on continuous improvement and future developments.
• Utilize CRM data to categorize brokerages, offices, teams, and agents.
• Enhance prospecting, account management, campaign targeting, and lead management efforts.
• Create and oversee CRM campaigns that foster field sales engagement.
• Track and evaluate sales and campaign effectiveness.
• Convert data into actionable insights, providing monthly reports and recommendations for sales leadership.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and representatives to determine customer needs, market prospects, and sales growth strategies.
• Assist in annual strategy, territory, and budget planning.
• Oversee and assess go-to-market programs, promotions, sponsorships, and sales compensation initiatives.
• Evaluate program performance and return on investment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology teams to enhance agent and homeowner acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and retention.
• Convert business requirements into CRM functionalities and specifications.
• Aid in development and implementation using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Lead alignment among stakeholders and change management processes to ensure the adoption of new programs, processes, and functionalities.
• Report directly to the Director of National Sales Operations.
• 9+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, Program Management, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a similar discipline.
• Experience in supporting external, field, channel, or B2B sales organizations.
• Familiarity with sales performance, territory planning, and go-to-market strategies.
• In-depth CRM expertise, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable platforms.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to convert data and market insights into actionable business strategies.
• Demonstrated success in identifying growth opportunities, launching initiatives, and achieving measurable outcomes.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Experience in leading initiatives through change and implementation.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
• CRM certification is advantageous.
• Preferred experience in real estate, home warranty, insurance, mortgage, title, escrow, home services, B2B2C, or similar sectors.
