This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Provide support for daily Salesforce operations, which includes data maintenance, reporting assistance, field updates, user support, and resolving issues.
β’ Enhance the usability of Salesforce, improve data quality, and ensure reporting accuracy by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external support teams.
β’ Configure and manage Salesforce reports, dashboards, fields, workflows, and implement process improvements.
β’ Ensure data consistency across Salesforce, ERP, forecasting, BI, and other commercial systems.
β’ Identify opportunities to minimize manual tasks through automation, enhanced workflows, AI integration, and improved system design.
β’ Document processes, create quick-reference guides, and assist in training sales and commercial users.
β’ Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that track sales performance, pipeline health, account activity, quota achievement, case volume, therapy development efforts, and territory performance.
β’ Convert business inquiries into reporting requirements, data views, dashboards, and performance summaries.
β’ Assist in recurring business reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), sales meetings, leadership updates, and executive reporting.
β’ Create self-service reporting tools and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting speed and identify trends.
β’ Support forecasting by maintaining accurate pipeline data, preparing forecast reports, identifying gaps, and explaining trends.
β’ Help with territory alignment, account assignments, quota modeling, field coverage analysis, and planning for expansion.
β’ Analyze sales performance, procedure volume, account activity, and pipeline trends to guide commercial decisions.
β’ Reconcile sales, bookings, revenue, and performance reporting with Finance and Commercial Operations when necessary.
β’ Maintain territory alignments, account ownership, region and zone mapping, and associated documentation.
β’ Assist in territory planning changes, approvals, documentation, and implementation in Salesforce and related systems.
β’ Ensure field teams have precise account, territory, dashboard, and performance information.
β’ Troubleshoot reporting issues, respond to data inquiries, and enhance visibility into field execution.
β’ Create sales enablement tools, reports, dashboards, data-driven materials, and well-organized visual summaries.
β’ Document, standardize, and enhance sales operations workflows and data governance practices.
β’ Define and uphold reporting standards, dashboard definitions, and logic for key performance metrics.
β’ Collaborate across functions with Sales, Marketing, Therapy Development, Finance, IT, Customer Experience, and Commercial Operations.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
β’ 3 to 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Analytics, Business Analytics, or Sales Enablement.
β’ Prior experience in the medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated commercial environments is highly preferred.
β’ Strong background in Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, data maintenance, user support, and process enhancement.
β’ Proficiency in building dashboards or reports using Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Analytics / CRM Analytics, Tableau Next, Excel, or other similar BI tools.
β’ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, pipeline, account, forecast, and territory data.
β’ Advanced Excel capabilities, including formulas, pivots, lookups, data validation, and structured data analysis.
β’ Experience in supporting forecasting, territory alignment, quota planning, sales performance reporting, or commercial planning processes.
β’ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
β’ Ability to convey insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and growing commercial organization.
β’ Experience in supporting field sales teams within the medical device or healthcare sector.
β’ Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience with Salesforce.
β’ Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, data integration, or automation tools.
β’ Experience with ERP or finance system data, such as NetSuite or similar platforms.
β’ Proficient in utilizing AI tools to enhance analytics, reporting, workflow automation, documentation, or business insights.
β’ Experience in supporting sales enablement, onboarding, field training, or commercial communications.
β’ Understanding of territory management, account hierarchy, customer segmentation, sales compensation data, or quota modeling.
β’ Experience collaborating with Finance, IT, Marketing, Therapy Development, and Sales leadership.
β’ Employment is contingent upon fulfilling applicable pre-employment requirements.
β’ All employees must successfully complete the Recor training program within their first 90 days of employment.
β’ Competitive base salary ranging from $93,000 to $109,000 annually.
β’ Background screening and/or drug screening may be mandated in accordance with applicable laws.
β’ New hire training program to be completed within the first 90 days of employment.
β’ Additional guidance and protective equipment provided as needed for roles involving radiation safety.
β’ Personal dosimetry badge provided for applicable field-based positions.
