This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +4 more states.
• Analyze, interpret, and consolidate Sales Operations dashboards, reports, and datasets to deliver clear insights into the global CSP business performance.
• Examine pipeline, forecasts, bookings, billings, attainment, product performance, regional trends, customer segments, sales execution metrics, and retention indicators (ARR, NRR, GRR) to pinpoint key business drivers.
• Develop management analyses and executive insights on performance trends across products, regions, customer segments, and other strategic areas.
• Offer recommendations to aid in business planning, setting annual and quarterly goals, reviewing territory and coverage, prioritizing resources, and focusing on operational areas.
• Spot growth opportunities, improvements in execution, cross-sell expansion, sales productivity, data quality enhancements, and process optimization within global CSP Sales Operations.
• Identify and relay risks associated with pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, deal concentration, regional performance discrepancies, customer exposure, timing, and operational dependencies.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations Data Analytics, regional sales leaders, finance, product stakeholders, and business operations teams to confirm insights and align recommendations with business priorities.
• Facilitate recurring business reviews, forecast cycles, QBRs, leadership updates, and planning processes by generating concise analyses, executive summaries, and data-supported recommendations.
• Simplify complex analyses into straightforward business narratives that assist leaders in understanding changes, their implications, and potential actions to consider.
• Track report utilization, data gaps, metric definitions, and stakeholder feedback to enhance the quality, relevance, and adoption of Sales Operations reporting.
• Work alongside data and reporting teams to document requirements, validate metrics, test report improvements, and ensure reporting outputs align with business inquiries.
• Maintain a structured overview of key opportunities, risks, assumptions, and follow-up actions to facilitate leadership decision-making and operational accountability.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technology-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar business performance roles.
• Experience supporting global or multi-region sales organizations, ideally in sectors such as technology, cybersecurity, software, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Clari, Power BI, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Certinia, or comparable enterprise data and reporting platforms.
• Strong data analysis capabilities, including the ability to interpret extensive datasets, identify trends, compare performance over different periods, segment results, and clarify business drivers.
• Proficient in using BI and reporting tools like Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms to analyze and convey business performance.
• Ability to convert data into actionable insights, recommendations, opportunity assessments, and risk narratives for business leaders.
• Experience working with sales performance data, pipeline, forecasting, bookings, billings, CRM data, account information, or similar commercial datasets.
• High proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, data validation, scenario analysis, and structured analysis outputs.
• Understanding of core Sales Operations processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, quota or goal setting, business reviews, and performance tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including the capability to present findings clearly, pose effective business questions, and influence actions through data-informed insights.
• Meticulous attention to detail, analytical rigor, and the ability to validate data assumptions before drawing conclusions.
• Capacity to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing requests, and deliver timely analyses in a fast-paced global business environment.
