This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Oversee the complete execution of high-volume digital static and video assets, which include social media content, display advertisements, and rich media.
• Establish and maintain technical quality standards and ensure brand compliance for all content deliverables.
• Convert creative ideas into technical specifications for designers, motion artists, and editors.
• Act as the main production liaison for global marketing teams and regional Product Marketing Managers (PMMs).
• Offer project status updates and strategies for risk mitigation.
• Present production strategies and timelines to senior stakeholders while managing feedback loops across various time zones.
• Coordinate resources with internal leads and prioritize the project pipeline based on its business impact.
• Manage concurrent asset launches across more than 20 markets and in over 20 languages.
• Supervise the copy trix process and technical adaptations of assets, overseeing thousands of versions.
• Maintain the Digital Asset Management system, ensuring that localized versions are accurately tagged, organized, and easily accessible.
• Identify and deploy AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and Stable Diffusion.
• Collaborate with Creative Technologists to automate the processes of resizing, localization, and dynamic content generation using scripting and APIs.
• Leverage data-driven insights to refine AI-generated creative elements, including hooks and calls-to-action.
• 7–10+ years of advanced creative production leadership experience within a fast-paced agency or in-house studio that caters to global tech brands.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the entire video and digital production process, from pre-production to final delivery.
• Proven ability to integrate emerging AI and generative tools into commercial production workflows with confidence.
• Established history of managing complex multi-market campaigns, especially across EMEA, US, and LATAM regions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
