This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the operational aspects of the creative process, from initial intake to final delivery.
• Act as the primary operations collaborator for intricate creative projects, encompassing advertising campaigns, video productions, podcasts, social media, and various cross-channel initiatives.
• Create project plans, roadmaps, timelines, and establish key milestones.
• Keep project information and status up-to-date in project management software.
• Evaluate creative briefs and oversee the weekly intake process of the Creative Team.
• Ensure projects are well-defined, properly scoped, prioritized, and prepared for kickoff.
• Identify and address any gaps, questions, risks, capacity limitations, dependencies, and impacts on timelines.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads and cross-functional stakeholders to balance resources, priorities, and deadlines.
• Lead project kickoffs and facilitate weekly status meetings.
• Document deliverables, responsible parties, timelines, decisions, and subsequent steps.
• Offer regular updates and reports on project priorities and overall health.
• Elevate complex or high-stakes issues to the Director of Creative Operations, providing context and suggested solutions.
• Spot opportunities to enhance workflows, refine processes, and boost operational efficiency.
• Cultivate relationships with Creative Leads and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Enhance and document processes within Creative Operations.
• Assist in developing scalable onboarding resources and procedures.
• Implement changes that foster efficiency, clarity, and predictability throughout the creative workflow.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Over 5 years of experience in project or creative operations within an advertising agency, design studio, creative department, or comparable setting.
• Proven experience in managing multiple creative projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong grasp of creative workflows and the ability to convert business requirements into clear, actionable project plans.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or equivalent platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to remain composed, resourceful, and solution-focused under tight deadlines or changing priorities.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and collaboration across Creative and non-Creative teams.
• A proactive approach with a proven ability to identify opportunities for process enhancement and operational efficiency.
• Ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of tasks.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving company while managing diverse challenges, deadlines, and contacts.
• Must be able to work within one hour of Eastern Time (US).
