Senior Creative Front-End Engineer – Digital Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create visually captivating and highly interactive web experiences for a leading consumer brand.

• Develop smooth, high-performance animations and interactions driven by scrolling.

• Transform high-quality Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.

• Construct scalable, cross-browser UI components utilizing advanced Tailwind CSS and modern CSS techniques.

• Independently lead front-end development while writing clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Enhance performance for animation-intensive pages, ensuring 60fps, efficient rendering and painting, as well as optimal asset loading.

• Implement accessible user experiences, incorporating ARIA standards, keyboard navigation, and reduced-motion support.

• Engage in code reviews to maintain high standards.

• Utilize AI tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor in daily workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in front-end web development.

• Mastery of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Extensive experience in web animations with GSAP, including ScrollTrigger, Framer Motion, SVG animations, Canvas, or WebGL/Three.js.

• Proficient in advanced Tailwind CSS and modern CSS practices.

• Practical experience with React or Next.js frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to produce pixel-perfect results from high-end designs.

• Capability to manage front-end projects independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong skills in debugging and testing across various browsers and devices.

• Regular, hands-on use of AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.

• Proficient in professional English, both written and spoken.

• Availability to work during US Pacific Time (PST/PDT) hours.

• Must reside in Latin America.
