Senior Software Engineer, Front End, Dashboard

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of dashboard functionalities from start to finish, which includes transaction and settlement views, multi-currency balances, search and filtering options, exports and reporting, as well as permissions management.

• Create and develop a real-time dashboard experience that displays payment and balance changes instantaneously.

• Enhance large transaction tables with effective filtering, searching, and exporting capabilities.

• Elevate the visibility of payment and settlement states.

• Fortify the shared component library and establish front-end standards for testing, performance, and accessibility.

• Construct and maintain the dashboard using TypeScript and React.

• Design interfaces that are data-rich, including tables, detailed views, charts, and reports.

• Integrate with back-end APIs while managing loading, error, and edge-case scenarios.

• Contribute to back-end services developed in Kotlin and Spring Boot as necessary.

• Implement access controls based on user roles.

• Ensure optimal performance when handling large data sets and efficient data fetching.

• Write automated tests and conduct code reviews for teammates.

• Collaborate with product and design teams from initial concept through to launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in front-end development.

• Extensive expertise in TypeScript and React.

• Familiarity with data fetching, caching, and state management tools such as Redux Toolkit and TanStack Query.

• Proven experience in building real-time interfaces, including the use of websockets and live updates.

• Ability to work across the tech stack and make back-end adjustments as required.

• Experience in developing data-intensive applications such as dashboards, administrative tools, or analytics solutions.

• Strong understanding of front-end security practices, including sensitive data handling, XSS/CSRF protection, and secure authentication flows.

• Proficiency in writing automated tests and a commitment to test quality.

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.

• Comprehensive knowledge of performance and accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Ability to work autonomously and manage ambiguity in a rapidly evolving remote startup environment.

• Clear written communication skills, as most collaboration occurs asynchronously.

• Must possess authorization to work in the country of residence.

• Proficiency in professional English is required.
