Senior Creative Front-End Engineer – Digital Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Develop visually captivating and highly interactive web experiences for a prestigious consumer brand.

• Create seamless, high-performance animations and scroll-driven interactions.

• Transform high-quality Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.

• Construct scalable, cross-browser UI components utilizing advanced Tailwind CSS and modern CSS techniques.

• Independently lead front-end development efforts while producing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

• Enhance performance of animation-heavy pages, ensuring 60fps, efficient rendering and painting, and optimized asset loading.

• Implement accessible user experiences, incorporating ARIA, keyboard navigation, and reduced-motion support.

• Engage in code reviews.

• Integrate AI tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor into the daily workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in front-end web development.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript at an expert level.

• Extensive experience in web animation using GSAP, including ScrollTrigger, Framer Motion, SVG animation, Canvas, or WebGL/Three.js.

• Advanced knowledge of Tailwind CSS, including crafting custom design systems, theming, and developing complex responsive layouts.

• Strong understanding of modern CSS practices.

• Practical experience with React or Next.js frameworks.

• Proven track record of delivering pixel-perfect implementations from high-end designs, showcasing a keen eye for detail and motion.

• Capability to independently lead front-end projects with minimal supervision.

• Robust debugging skills and experience with cross-browser/device testing.

• Regular practical application of AI development tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.

• Proficient in professional English, both written and spoken.

• Availability to work during US Pacific Time (PST/PDT) hours.

• Residing in Latin America currently.
