This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in high-level, innovative creative projects from the graphic services pipeline.
• Develop merchandise concepts, illustrations, brand identities, and packaging designs.
• Create exceptional typography, composition, color schemes, hierarchy, and finishing touches.
• Design apparel and promotional merchandise while considering product categories and decoration techniques.
• Generate presentation-ready mockups and virtual product visuals.
• Craft visual narratives for pitches and presentations that assist in securing and expanding accounts.
• Deliver comprehensive brand work, including identities, guidelines, and deliverable repositories.
• Prepare polished files for production handoff.
• Collaborate effectively with sales, account managers, and production teams to bring concepts to life.
• Elevate the creative quality of work produced in the studio and inspire those around you.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong illustration skills, including the ability to create and develop original artwork.
• Experience in apparel and merchandise design.
• Familiarity with decoration techniques and production needs.
• Proven experience in producing presentation-ready merchandise mockups and virtual product imagery.
• Background in packaging design.
• Comprehensive branding experience, including identity systems, brand guidelines, and extensive deliverable libraries.
• Proficient in using Midjourney and other generative AI imaging tools, complemented by effective prompting skills.
• Capability to prepare clean files for handoff to production designers.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of skills, taste, and craftsmanship.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with sales, account managers, and production teams.
• Nice to have: Proficient understanding of Canva, including brand kit and template management.
• Nice to have: Experience in directing photography for product shoots.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of lighting, composition, and staging for art direction.
• Nice to have: Comfort with operating an in-house DSLR camera and strobe lighting kit.
• Nice to have: Skills in motion graphics or short-form video editing.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Nice to have: Experience working in an agency environment.
