This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Create strategic and innovative proposals along with sales and marketing materials for corporate events and programs.
• Collaborate with a range of suppliers to develop creative concepts and deliverables.
• Contribute to the conceptualization of content and lead smaller-scale proposals.
• Work in partnership with Creative Managers on larger initiatives and proposal divisions.
• Manage asset-driven projects such as Destination and Dine Around Guides.
• Utilize creative tools and industry platforms to develop concepts that enhance engagement and set Access apart.
• Draft statements of work, negotiate with vendors, and address client budget challenges.
• Formulate gross profit strategies utilizing transportation logistics and value-enhancing techniques.
• Oversee pricing sheets, obtain quotes, and ensure accurate SOWs while considering concessions and commissions.
• Construct and maintain dashboards to monitor vendor activity, data accuracy, and project status.
• Initiate, evaluate, establish, and update vendor relationships in Salesforce.
• Enhance supplier partnerships and explore collaboration opportunities.
• Identify and assess new vendors offering innovative or destination-specific services.
• Represent Access at trade shows and industry events.
• Align design, pricing, and delivery with program objectives and client goals.
• Collaborate with Creative Managers and Sales on creative and pricing strategies.
• Work alongside Creative, Sales, and Events teams on large-scale initiatives.
• Lead logistical preparations and provide site visit support.
• Manage 3–5 concurrent proposals while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and vendor responses with cross-functional and national teams.
• Anticipate challenges and resolve issues through teamwork, critical thinking, and sound judgment.

• 2–3+ years of experience in a DMC or a related field.
• Proven success in creative problem-solving and taking initiative.
• Capability to independently manage smaller-scale proposal development.
• High client satisfaction ratings across programs.
• Achievement or surpassing of gross profit goals on programs.
• Excellence in Key Areas of Responsibility.
• Consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including Revenue and Average Invoice.
• Regular demonstration of all Access Values.
• Completion of necessary training and certification.
• Maintenance of a positive attitude.
• Willingness to participate in in-person meetings and partner visits when occasional travel is necessary.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Background in creative projects such as event concept development, storytelling, graphic design, pitch decks, branding, visual identity, stage or production design, or experiential activations.
• Experience in creating client-ready proposals that include copy, visuals, mood boards, and budgets with sales input.
