Senior Corporate FP&A Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Establish reliable relationships with senior cross-functional business partners and stakeholders.

• Execute timely and precise month-end, quarter-end, and year-end consolidation and reporting.

• Evaluate financial performance across various business lines and countries.

• Create insightful reports to aid in decision-making processes.

• Support quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning initiatives.

• Contribute to consolidated financial modeling, scenario analysis, risk/opportunity evaluation, and resource allocation assessments.

• Conduct strategic and financial analyses using a data-oriented approach.

• Collaborate with business units and Finance teams on monthly, quarterly, and annual expense forecasts.

• Partner with the People team to develop and monitor payroll expenses and relevant metrics.

• Communicate the overall narrative behind business financial outcomes.

• Assist the financial reporting team during the month-end closing process.

• Prepare materials for external Board meetings and other internal and external deliverables.

• Enhance processes, reports, and models using both financial and non-financial data, benchmarks, and automation techniques.

• Work alongside the Data team to ensure the consistency and reliability of key data.

• Aid in designing and validating metrics, models, and dashboards.

• Provide support on various ad-hoc projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial role.

• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is essential.

• Experience in a public company is advantageous.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Capability to establish strong partnerships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and Google Slides / PowerPoint.

• Hands-on experience in extracting and analyzing complex data.

• Strong financial modeling proficiency.

• Ability to automate functions utilizing AI technologies.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to work independently and take initiative.

• Experience in developing scalable processes during periods of rapid growth.

• Organized and logical approach to resolving complex issues.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and writing abilities.
