Senior Copywriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Create captivating marketing content that supports essential company initiatives across various channels, including email, digital and print advertising, social media, video, as well as B2B and B2C communications.

• Produce engaging long-form content such as business reports, thought leadership articles, industry analyses, and comprehensive website material, simplifying complex information into accessible narratives for varied audiences.

• Collaborate closely with partner designers and videographers to brainstorm and implement creative projects that enhance brand and campaign visibility while adhering to brand language standards.

• Act as the subject matter expert for branding and language-related inquiries throughout the organization.

• Maintain an extensive knowledge of the company's audiences, services, products, and markets.

• Work alongside internal stakeholders to ensure that creative outputs align with business objectives and messaging goals, while taking responsibility for the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all marketing materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, paired with 5–8 years of professional experience.

• Proven track record in crafting persuasive marketing and sales copy across print, email, digital advertising, web, and related channels.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and structuring long-form content such as business reports, industry or research reports, thought leadership pieces, and detailed website content.

• Experience in translating brand standards, including voice, tone, and grammar guidelines, into effective, market-ready messaging.

• Capability to work collaboratively with creative teams and business stakeholders to produce high-quality work that meets deadlines and adheres to strategic goals.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to confidently present and advocate for creative work to stakeholders.

• A collaborative mindset driven by curiosity, particularly when responding to feedback from internal stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage deadlines independently and handle multiple projects concurrently.

• A thorough working knowledge of AP Style and The Chicago Manual of Style, with a keen eye for detail.

• Outstanding writing, proofreading, and editing capabilities.
