Senior Copywriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop copy for paid advertising (including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media platforms)

• Craft scripts for videos, user-generated content (UGC), and advertisements

• Generate organic content tailored for social media

• Compose SEO-optimized blog posts

• Create copy for Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies

• Conduct research on target audiences, including their pain points, desires, and objections

• Develop variations and perform A/B testing

• Analyze performance metrics and enhance campaign effectiveness

• Construct creative briefs and provide creative direction

• Edit, proofread, and standardize written content

• Assist in minimizing the cost per acquisition (CPA) of paid media initiatives

• Create engaging creative assets and messaging that boost customer interaction

• Identify areas for enhancement through testing, research, and data analysis

• Develop relevant communications for various channels and stages of the customer journey

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a copywriter within a professional setting

• Strong expertise in direct-response copywriting and persuasive techniques

• Experience in writing scripts, creating videos, UGC, and storytelling content

• Familiarity with performance marketing strategies (Meta Ads and Google Ads)

• Ability to analyze metrics and refine campaigns for optimal performance

• Experience conducting A/B testing

• Knowledge of market research methodologies and consumer behavior insights

• Proficiency in creating creative briefs

• Excellent command of Portuguese with strong proofreading abilities

• A portfolio demonstrating proven cases and successful outcomes

• High school diploma required

• Expected to be available full-time, with a dedicated focus on the responsibilities and demands of the position
