Senior Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of the comprehensive company business plan

• Generate ongoing rolling forecasts

• Establish financial and operational KPIs along with areas for analysis

• Oversee data gathering processes

• Formulate independent action recommendations

• Evaluate business performance and suggest appropriate measures

• Create reports and materials for decision-making for management, investors, and specialized departments

• Provide support to specialized departments on commercial and business-related inquiries

• Contribute controlling expertise to various projects

• Ensure that controlling perspectives and requirements are integrated into planning and execution

• Manage essential controlling processes

• Coordinate requirements with other business units

• Continuously improve controlling tools and systems

• Proficient in German language

• English language skills at B2 level

• Several years of experience in controlling or related roles, ideally around five years or more

• Experience in a corporate group or consulting environment is a plus

• Preferably, experience with SAP S/4HANA

• Ideally, knowledge of infrastructure projects and integrated planning models

• Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative

• Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
