Senior Contracts Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of annual contract deliverables by collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt and precise completion.

• Manage and monitor contract modification requests.

• Work alongside the Finance team to collect data and evaluate potential impacts.

• Examine provider performance trends, focusing on cost and utilization metrics.

• Present findings to facilitate contract compliance.

• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives as needed.

• Provide support to contract coordinators and engage in RFP and system-related projects.

• Act as the main business owner for audits conducted by the State Comptroller, CMS, internal entities, and program integrity.

• Create and sustain service provider contracts.

• Secure legal review and approval for modifications in contract documents.

• Oversee and enhance contract compliance.

• Formulate contract incentives.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, healthcare management, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and/or work experience.

• High school diploma from an accredited institution or equivalent GED is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of experience in contracting or business process administration within a Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) organization or a similarly regulated industry.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship.

• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to work with a high level of accuracy.

• Proven capability to independently complete projects within set deadlines.

• Advanced proficiency in public sector financial/contractual analysis and negotiations, including risk arrangements.

• Ability to assess and analyze pharmacy-related data and information.

• Pharmacy Technician certification (CPT/LPT/PTCB/RPT) preferred based on state regulations.

• Project management experience is preferred.
