Senior Contract Manufacturing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and accountability for contract manufacturing partners within a designated product category.

• Oversee supplier relationships to fulfill service, cost, quality, and innovation expectations.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive 3-year supply base strategy.

• Act as the escalation point for cross-functional partners, resolving issues related to business deliverables.

• Assist in sourcing events for new suppliers focusing on innovation, service, capacity, and cost.

• Achieve cost savings targets.

• Conduct business reviews for supplier relationship management.

• Establish KPIs for primary suppliers, incorporating feedback from Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales.

• Execute or renew supply agreements and negotiations while keeping contract database metrics updated.

• Collaborate with Finance on payment terms, standard costs, PPV, and ensuring invoicing accuracy.

• Promote continuous improvement within the rapidly growing Operations team.

• Report directly to the Contract Manufacturing Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management specifically in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).

• Demonstrated experience in negotiations, contracts, and agreements.

• Proven capability in managing a complex end-to-end supply chain.

• Experience in Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service.

• Technical experience with gummy products.

• Capacity to be a collaborative team player in a fast-paced growth environment.

• Ability to step back from details and communicate the broader impact to all OLLY stakeholders.

• Strong analytical thinker with a proactive “Can Do!” mindset.

• Lean, APICS, or CPSM Certification or training is a plus.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
