Senior Consultor/a de Gobierno de Identidades, IAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Define and maintain controls and KPIs for Identity Governance

• Analyze risks and deviations in IAM processes

• Identify opportunities for improvement and automation

• Drive and monitor corrective actions

• Develop metrics and indicators for maturity and compliance

• Coordinate initiatives with technical teams and business areas

• Participate in the evolution of the identity governance model

• Strengthen the control model, monitoring, and evolution of identity and access management in a complex corporate environment

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Identity Governance, IAM, or Access Governance

• Experience in defining controls, metrics, and KPIs

• Knowledge of risk management and compliance related to identities and access

• Experience in process design and improvement

• Analytical skills and problem-solving orientation

• Communication and coordination abilities with various stakeholders

• Preferred knowledge of IAM governance frameworks and Identity Governance

• Preferred experience in access reviews and JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes

• Preferred experience in control automation

• Preferred knowledge of SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance
