Senior Consulting Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct consulting projects from their initial stages to final delivery.

• Work closely with clients to grasp their business objectives, technical needs, and challenges.

• Perform technical evaluations and analyses to uncover opportunities for enhancement and optimization.

• Create and design innovative solutions utilizing a range of technologies and platforms.

• Offer practical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance.

• Guide and mentor junior consulting engineers.

• Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer success teams.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies.

• Develop and facilitate technical training sessions and workshops for clients.

• Generate and maintain project plans, architecture diagrams, implementation manuals, and other technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as a Consulting Engineer or in a comparable position, with a history of successful project completions.

• Comprehensive understanding of networking, security, cloud, and infrastructure technologies.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Practical experience with implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting in client settings.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with strategic technical thinking.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Willingness to travel to client locations as necessary.
