Senior Consultant/Manager – Business Decision & AI Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gain insight into objectives, economics, processes, constraints, and decisions.

• Challenge existing assumptions and organize unclear business issues into hypotheses, analyses, and decision frameworks.

• Analyze and interpret data quickly, identify trends, and convert findings into actionable business implications and recommendations.

• Utilize GenAI, Agentic AI, analytics, and low-code/no-code tools to create functional prototypes.

• Work alongside data scientists, engineers, domain experts, product teams, and AI agents.

• Present findings in clear business language and offer actionable recommendations.

• Convert recommendations into quantifiable business outcomes in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Experiment with cutting-edge AI and technology capabilities to enhance business decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in business analytics, strategy/management consulting, commercial analytics, operations, supply chain, finance, marketing/customer analytics, product management, or a comparable decision-oriented business setting.

• Proven business curiosity and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Experience engaging directly with business stakeholders and senior management.

• Strong analytical mindset with practical data experience.

• Capacity to convert business inquiries into hypotheses, conduct analyses, and extract actionable insights.

• Ability to constructively question assumptions and viewpoints.

• Comfortably navigate ambiguous situations and tackle loosely defined challenges.

• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, BI/visualization tools, and/or Python.

• Keen interest and practical skills in GenAI, AI agents, and emerging productivity/development tools.

• Quick adaptability to new technologies without requiring extensive software engineering expertise.

• Ability to unite business, analytics, technology, and specialist teams to create and implement solutions.
