Senior Consultant, Workday Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to collect business requirements and create functional specifications.

• Provide clients with guidance on system design alternatives and best practices related to HRIS.

• Configure and evaluate modules to align with client specifications.

• Execute or assist with data migration activities as necessary.

• Facilitate comprehensive demos and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions for client assessment.

• Gather and process feedback to influence system modifications.

• Conduct end-user training across various modules.

• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), training resources, and project documentation.

• Address post-implementation challenges within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Execute minor enhancements based on client input.

• Capture clear business requirements during workshops with moderate supervision.

• Configure and troubleshoot with increasing confidence.

• Conduct workshops and derive insights from participant discussions.

• Manage personal responsibilities with minimal oversight.

• Carefully review work to minimize preventable errors.

• Balance client demands with the feasibility of solutions.

• Investigate root causes and recommend solutions for prevalent issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in HRIS Implementation, Support, or End User roles.

• Practical experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT processes.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and self-management abilities.

• Workday Integration Certification (mandatory).
