Senior Consultant, Workday HCM Data Conversion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services across various client projects with minimal supervision.

• Develop, validate, and implement data conversion strategies for integrating third-party systems into Workday.

• Design, architect, create, and deploy effective business processes, data conversion, and reporting solutions.

• Comprehend client business needs and provide support throughout the design, configuration, and prototyping phases.

• Assist clients with testing and transitioning to production environments.

• Collaborate with Engagement Managers regarding project updates and modifications.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.

• Accurately maintain forecasts in a timely manner.

• Support the Sales team with presentations, demonstrations, and Letters of Engagement.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, Workday enhancements, and best practices.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships.

• Contribute to the growth of ERPA’s Workday practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Workday HCM Data Conversion Senior Consultant.

• Workday HCM Core certification with Implementer access.

• Workday Data Conversion Services certification with Implementer access.

• Over 2 years of consulting experience in leading, building, validating, and executing Workday data conversions across multiple functional areas.

• Proven experience with Workday implementations.

• Familiarity with EIBs, Advanced Loads, Object Transporter, and baseline configuration loading.

• Experience with AMS/Post-Production Support is advantageous.

• Preference for familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, SalesForce, or ZenDesk.

• Strong and agile communication and presentation abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Outstanding customer service skills.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
