Senior Consultant, Workday Grants

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to implement Workday Financial solutions.

• Facilitate discussions with clients and address intricate business challenges.

• Independently lead client requirement gathering and design sessions.

• Configure and implement Workday Financial solutions effectively.

• Provide support and direction to consultants on project tasks under the guidance of architects.

• Mentor junior members within the FINS practice.

• Actively support leadership and engage in internal team initiatives.

• Contribute to process improvements internally to foster organizational growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must currently reside and work in the United States.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Financial Grant configuration.

• Experience with Workday implementation and project management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

• Capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
