Senior Consultant, Wealth Investment Management Software Implementation – AVP

📋 Description

• Act as a subject-matter expert in wealth management for implementation and upgrade initiatives.

• Assess and analyze requirements while providing product knowledge and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure that solutions align with client business objectives and that clients are equipped to utilize solutions post-go-live.

• Collaborate with Professional Services team members and develop as well as share best practices.

• Evaluate client requirements to identify sales opportunities.

• Participate in sales presentations and proof-of-concept initiatives showcasing CRIMS capabilities.

• Provide education to clients regarding CRIMS functionality.

• Offer advice on best practices for the implementation and operation of Charles River solutions and services.

• Recognize potential enhancements to Charles River solutions and services.

• Document and communicate product improvements effectively.

• Relay defects to Technical Support and Product Management.

• Assist in defect resolution by detailing defects and validating solutions.

• Identify errors in documentation and recommend corrections and enhancements.

• Cultivate strong client relationships, navigate challenging situations, influence decision-makers, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to the Best Practices library.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in supporting or implementing wealth management solutions within a wealth management firm or a software provider.

• Valuable experience with managed account (SMA/UMA) programs, mutual fund wrap programs, Rep as PM, and Rep as Advisor programs.

• In-depth knowledge of wealth management industry practices.

• Proficient in asset allocation, model management, portfolio construction, model-based portfolios, drift monitoring, tax optimization, pre-trade compliance, rebalancing, and trading workflows.

• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.

• Familiarity with FIX or similar protocols is advantageous.

• Proven track record of excellent client service.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while delivering high-quality service.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and root cause analysis skills.

• Exceptional time management abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field such as Finance, Mathematical Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.

• Willingness to travel to client locations across the United States and Canada.

• Ability to perform effectively while working remotely from clients.
