Senior Consultant – Veeva Safety, Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Stay informed and implement the latest features within the Veeva Safety suite.

• Collaborate closely with customer business and IT teams to comprehend their needs.

• Design solutions requested by customers and proactively identify additional customer needs.

• Serve as the liaison between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams.

• Assist customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices through post-implementation programs.

• Lead change management efforts for customers transitioning from on-premises to SaaS solutions.

• Provide support to assigned biopharmaceutical customers utilizing Vault Safety post-implementation.

• Offer guidance, discuss changes in Vault, and implement necessary configurations.

• Work in conjunction with Veeva teams and product management to convey customer needs and enhance service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the life sciences industry, predominantly in the Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance domain, with a background in consulting.

• Familiarity with Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes and relevant regulations.

• Competent in writing complex SQL queries on safety data sets.

• Experience in implementing safety systems such as Aris, Argus, Emperica, Commonwealth, RxLogix, or proprietary safety systems.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and ensure high levels of satisfaction in delivery.

• Preferred experience in creating aggregate and analytical reports on safety data sets.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Prior experience as an individual contributor.

• Capable of understanding business requirements, designing solutions, and delivering Vault Safety.

• Knowledge of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of project time.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
