Senior Consultant, Value Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in designing and developing ServiceNow’s value-oriented approach to Solutions and Industry strategy.

• Play a key role in creating a comprehensive, multi-faceted value proposition that supports ServiceNow’s AI Go-To-Market strategies.

• Create and manage value-driven models that illustrate the business benefits of ServiceNow products across various functions and industries.

• Aid in implementing ServiceNow’s Go-To-Market strategy, which includes engagement processes, service offerings, value content design, and tools.

• Contribute on an ad hoc basis to significant enterprise-wide initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with teams in product management, marketing, sales, solution consulting, and value consulting.

• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders at different organizational levels.

• Present ideas and collaborate with sales, product, and post-sales leadership.

• May have opportunities to engage with customers.

• Be prepared for occasional international travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in strategy or technology consulting, or in finance (such as investment banking).

• Proficient and comfortable with numerical analysis.

• Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.

• Advanced skills in financial modeling.

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, an MBA, or a related field / equivalent professional experience.

• Knowledge of large, complex, cross-functional organizations.

• Attention to detail with a strategic mindset.

• Strong interpersonal abilities and capacity to collaborate with skilled and opinionated colleagues.

• Experience in enterprise software is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong work ethic and a commitment to driving improvements.

• Ability to quickly adapt and manage multiple unrelated projects simultaneously.
