Senior Consultant, Value Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design and implementation of ServiceNow’s value-centric approach to Solutions and Industry strategy.

• Play a role in establishing a comprehensive, multi-functional value proposition that supports ServiceNow’s AI Go-To-Market efforts.

• Create and sustain value-oriented models that convey the business benefits of ServiceNow products across various functions and industries.

• Aid in the execution of ServiceNow’s Go-to-Market strategy, encompassing engagement procedures, service offerings, value content design, and tools.

• Contribute on an ad hoc basis to significant enterprise-wide initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales, solution consulting, and value consulting.

• Establish rapport and engage with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, including sales, product, and post-sales leadership.

• May have interactions with customers.

• Occasional international travel required.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy or technology consulting, or in finance (such as investment banking).

• Proficient in working with numerical data.

• Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.

• Advanced skills in financial modeling.

• A bachelor’s degree in Business or an MBA (or an equivalent professional experience in a related field).

• Familiarity with large, complex, and cross-functional organizations.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to think strategically when necessary.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with talented and assertive colleagues.

• Experience in enterprise software is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong work ethic with a commitment to driving improvements.

• Capability to quickly adapt and manage multiple unrelated projects simultaneously.
