Senior Consultant – Tangible Asset Valuation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the work produced by consultants, providing technical direction and ensuring quality control across all deliverables associated with engagements.

• Oversee all stages of assigned projects, which includes planning, execution, resource coordination, and timely delivery of client deliverables.

• Utilize independent judgment and advanced analytical abilities to assess data, draw conclusions, and present practical solutions for both internal and external clients.

• Aid in achieving revenue targets for engagements and the overall practice through effective service delivery, superior client relations, and recognition of additional service opportunities.

• Govern the scope, priorities, and budget parameters of engagements while adhering to quality standards and deadlines.

• Engage in business development and relationship-building initiatives, which involve professional networking and fostering referral and cross-serving opportunities.

• Execute additional job-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

• Assist clients via CBIZ Valuation Group's services in tangible asset valuation, property insurance, capital asset data collection, and valuation offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of pertinent work experience is necessary.

• Attain and maintain professional certifications related to the area of expertise; required licenses must be held and preserved.

• Strong analytical skills are essential.

• Proficient in the use of relevant technology.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.

• Willingness to travel as needed based on client and business requirements.

• Previous experience with tangible asset valuation, appraisals, fixed asset inventory, and property data collection within a client service or consulting context is preferred.

• Preference for candidates who can travel, including overnight travel, up to 70% based on client engagement and business needs.
