Senior Consultant – Talent Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Review the work products of Consultants and provide constructive feedback.

• Oversee the completion of engagements, managing all facets of the project.

• Perform thorough analysis and deliver effective solutions for both internal and external clients.

• Achieve revenue targets.

• Comply with engagement budget limits and complete assigned tasks within the requested timeframe.

• Engage in business development activities, including membership in relevant organizations (such as alumni associations, chambers of commerce, networking groups, etc.) and maintaining regular business contacts with peers who can potentially refer engagements and cross-serving opportunities.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.

• Ability to work effectively within a team environment is essential.

• Strong presentation skills are mandatory.

• Analytical skills are a must.

• Proficiency in relevant technology is required.

• Proven ability to communicate verbally and in writing across all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.

• Willingness to travel as needed based on client and business requirements.
