Senior Consultant, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide consultation, design, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.

• Oversee SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects, including planning resources, timelines, and budgets.

• Play a consulting and leadership role throughout project lifecycles.

• Offer professional guidance and direction to project teams independently.

• Partner with clients to shape their HRIT landscape effectively.

• Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries.

• Contribute to the growth of the Employee Central business unit and assist in acquiring new clients and projects.

• Mentor and support junior consultants in their career advancement.

• Advise and assist clients with daily operations and in both ongoing and new projects, from inception to implementation.

• Facilitate release management and continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience supporting at least two SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects from initiation to go-live, or a minimum of four years of professional experience in SuccessFactors.

• Possession of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.

• Additional certifications in SuccessFactors modules are advantageous.

• Familiarity with SAP ERP HCM is a plus.

• Experience in independently managing projects and effectively leading project teams.

• Strong service-oriented attitude and exceptional communication skills.

• High sense of responsibility, goal-oriented and solution-focused mindset, with the capability to work under pressure.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Proficient command of the German language.

• Good written and spoken English skills.
