Senior Consultant, SAP SF Onboarding & Offboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert.

• Handle intricate client engagements and maintain daily client relationships.

• Facilitate requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex situations.

• Configure HRIS modules following best practices and enhance configurations.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying and addressing project risks and client issues.

• Supervise SIT and UAT cycles, ensuring quality approvals on deliverables.

• Evaluate junior team members' configurations for precision and completeness.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to Associate and Junior Consultants.

• Document and disseminate module best practices and key takeaways.

• May informally lead small project teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• 4–7 years of experience in HRIS.

• At least 3 full-cycle implementations.

• Profound expertise in one or more HRIS modules, such as Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or Payroll.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management abilities.

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification (mandatory).
