Senior Consultant, Sage Intacct Implementation – Construction/CRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple construction-related projects and clients through effective Sage Intacct implementations.

• Carry out implementation tasks, including consultation, defining requirements, designing solutions, configuring systems, testing, training, data cleansing, and data migration.

• Maintain proficiency in Sage Intacct, its advanced modules, and Sage Intacct CRE functionalities.

• Configure Sage Intacct in alignment with customer business processes and industry best practices.

• Utilize extensive knowledge of construction industry terminology and operational processes.

• Adhere to prescribed implementation plans to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to less experienced implementation team members.

• Train end-users at customer sites and connect system functionalities to business operations.

• Document customer requirements into configurable software solutions and business processes using visual process flowcharts.

• Address technical support inquiries from customers related to implementations.

• Create and develop industry-specific KPIs, reports, and dashboards.

• Work collaboratively with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Contribute to best practices for deployment, knowledge repositories, and service delivery tools.

• Mentor Associate Solution Architects and Solution Architects.

• Act as an escalation point for project-related issues.

• Foster internal and client relationships while supporting team member development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required, ideally in Accounting, Business, or MIS.

• A general understanding of accounting terminology through prior coursework or experience.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting and implementing Sage Intacct.

• Sage Intacct Certified Implementation Consultant or Sage Intacct Construction Certified Implementation Consultant is highly preferred.

• Understanding of the vertical industry obtained through operational or accounting experience in the construction sector.

• Consulting experience throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle following a process-based methodology, or experience as an end user involved in a software implementation or upgrade.

• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros, are preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

• Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Skills in time management, communication, relationship building, collaboration, and problem-solving.

• Initiative and adaptability are required.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
