This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Operate autonomously to deliver integration and service solutions for organizations across diverse industries.
• Serve as a reliable advisor, assisting clients in achieving advanced outcomes through next-generation SIEM, log management, AI-driven investigations, and SOAR.
• Address technical inquiries and showcase the capabilities of Falcon Next-Gen SIEM.
• Create technical visions and establish Next-Gen SIEM roadmaps tailored for clients.
• Collaborate with Falcon engineers and cross-functional teams to operationalize Next-Gen SIEM within client environments.
• Assist clients in uncovering Falcon NGSIEM functionalities and broadening use cases.
• Deliver timely feedback to CrowdStrike Product Management.
• Cultivate internal relationships and advocate for product enhancements based on client requirements.
• Conduct knowledge transfers regarding Falcon Next-Gen and other Falcon modules to clients.
• Occasional onsite travel to meet with clients may be necessary.
• Over 2 years of experience with log management/SIEM solutions and SOAR in a Security Operations capacity, professional services consulting role, or similar field.
• Familiarity with best practices concerning log analysis, data onboarding, parsing, developing searches, dashboards, and reviewing alerts.
• Intermediate knowledge (3+ years) of AWS, GCP, and Azure, including hands-on configuration of policies and application integrations.
• Intermediate knowledge (3+ years) in directory services, authentication, networking, data storage, and endpoint security.
• Proficiency in creating, interpreting, and modifying configuration, automation, and integration scripts using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, YAML, REST API, Go, Cribl, Postman, etc.
• Experience utilizing an AI platform for the development of integrations, synthesis of security data, and aiding in code reviews.
• Proven experience in documentation development and knowledge transfer of deployments to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to translate client needs and experiences into valuable feedback for internal product and engineering teams.
• Occasional travel may be required (less than 25%).
• Strong problem-solving abilities, as well as written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making, optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and drive business results.
• Experience collaborating with pre-sales teams at an InfoSec software or services firm for technical scoping, requirements gathering, and post-sales transitions.
• Recent industry certifications from SANS, ISC2, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, or other Information Security organizations are a plus.
• Long-term (minimum 6 months) recent SOC experience in security incident analysis and triage using SIEM, Log Management, and/or SOAR is advantageous.
• Extensive practical knowledge and integration experience with demonstrable generative AI use cases is a bonus.
